This Message normally occurs when the click causes the user to receive a file (rather than just browsing it). It is to ensure that malicious sites can not download files to a users computer without their knowledge.

That you have this message with an asp file which should be being served to the users browser rather than downloaded suggests an error somewhere in your page, for instance using ftp rather than http in the URL.

On file download this Message can only be switch off by the user selecting an action to aways take for a particular file type.
