Broken Pipe

I am getting broken Pipe error ?

Can Anybody tell me what is that error in brief and also how to avoid this type of error...

A broken pipe probably means that the pipe you tried to create (connects output of one process to the input of another) failed to initialize properly. I'm afraid I can't be of much more help...
