Importing DNS address assignment

Hi..
I was wondering if there is any way ( a code or something) from which we can Import the DNS address assignment...( rather than doing manually)..
I really donno how to start with in that..

Hey all,
In above I mean that , I have a text file which has IP address and hostname as well as mac address.Is there any way we can import that file into DNS and at the same time updating DHCP .??
