Auto fill dynamically added rows using ajax-php-mysql

Dear all,
I am developing a script for billing application. I am describing my problem here.
I have a form for sales bill. In this form, there is fields for Serial no.,Item Name, Rate, Quantity, Discount and Total amount. There is also a button(Add) for adding new rows. My problem is, when the user enter an item name, the rate field will be filled automatically from a mysql table(Using ajax-php-mysql). Then user will enter the quantity and discount fields. Then the system needs to calculate the Amount ((Rate * quantity)-discount) and display it to amount field. Can anyone help me? Please...
