want to apply filter opacity on easy slider images

Hey all,
I want to apply opacity (50%) on all images in easy slider on page load in different browsers like IE, Mozilla, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and when my mouse move over the images, opacity must be removed.

How can i do that. Can somebody help me out to sort out my problem. I will be really very thankful to him.

I have done it. But i want that it must move slowly and works in all browsers. It is working fine in FIrefox Mozilla. But it is not working IE8, Google Chrome and in Safari, it is not working properly. Kindly help me out to sort out my problem.
