document is undefined

Just FYI
I just recently upgraded or tried to upgrade Companion.JS v0.4.2 (IE add-on) and started getting 'document' is undefined javascript errors. Uninstalled it and bingo, no more document undefined errors. Tried reinstalling it and the same error came back. Uninstalled again and again no errors.

Cheers,
J
