Calling javascript that executes code within an applet

5 New Member
I've been working on my site for a while now and think it's time that i find a way to fix a few things. The main thing that's bugging me right now it the fact that when any of my java applets are loaded on my site don't automatically gain focus? Why is that? would it be possible to write a javascript that calls the requestFocus() function in the applet immediately after the applet has loaded? Please help.

I don't work with applets, but you could try giving the applet tag an id and then using document.getElementById(appletID).focus().
