This is done with the onclick command. The problem I am having is that I would like to use a path reference like :
'../../mods/vlc_certificate/vlc_cert.php'
I can't get it to work in both Internet Explorer and Firefox, only work in one
To get it to work in both I have to use the full internet path and the script looks like:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
- function popUp(URL) {
- day = new Date();
- id = day.getTime();
- eval("page" + id + " = window.open(URL, '" + id + "', 'toolbar=0,scrollbars=1,location=0,statusbar=0,menubar=0,resizable=1,width=800,height=600,left = 10,top = 5');");
- }
- // End -->
</head>
<body>
<form>
<input type=button value="Display Certificate" onClick="javascript:popUp('http://www.yourwebsite.net/mods/vlc_certificate/vlc_cert.php')">
</form>
</body>
</html>
[/HTML]
This makes it ver specific to my website.
Is there any way to solve this problem ?
Thanks in advance
Brad
