Javascript slideshow not working with Ajax Dynamic Load

4 New Member
I am using the Dynamic Ajax Content script from Dynamic Drive (http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/ajaxcontent.htm) and trying to load the Ultimate Fade-In Slide Show also from Dynamic Drive (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/fadeinslideshow.htm.) Both work just fine independently, but the slide show script won't work when I try to load it with the Ajax Content Script - as if they are conflicting. Any ideas?

I wonder what this 'combine' means. The 2 scripts are very different, because one uses httpRequests (Ajax) to load the external content (html pages) from the server. The second gets its data from local files of which the names are stored in an array.

So when you talk about combining these scripts, what do you exactly want to combine? Do you intend to populate the photo array via a server request to get the image files themselves or their names?

Please explain a bit more what it is you want you want to accomplish.

I am using the Ajax Dynamic Load pretty much like the demo, dynamically bringing in/loading html with wmv video clips, flash movies, text etc. I was hoping in this instance to be able to bring in the slide show with images to the page the same way I did with the other media.
