That page reads like something from a 1996 manual or something. Nothing
in it is even remotely related to JS programming in 2006 for anything
other than *maybe* a historical reading. It shows practices of NN2.0 and
NN3.0, do you think that is actually helpful? It isn't. In order to be
useful, that entire page needs to be scrapped and started over.
