html pages

I use word 2000 to type the chinese content inthe page and then save as htm
format

However, when I change the html code inside and save it using notepad, many
funny character coming out

How can i solve it?

Word is pretty ordinary at creating or editing HTML. To find out more
about how to create proper multi-lingual web pages, do a google search
using:

UNICODE Chinese HTML web browser

You could also look here for a quick introduction:
