I'd advise you not to try. Under your terms of service, you are required
to allow any advertising created by the host to remain on your pages. You
account will be terminated if you are caught attempting to remove the
pop-up or banners.
Either live with the pop-ups (most decent browsers have built-in blockers,
anyway), use a host that doesn't use them, or pay for the service.
