what is literal ?
what is null mean in java why this special value is necessary? please reply as soon as possible
A literal is a constant "written as is", e.g. 1, 2, 3 (those are numeric literals) or
"foo", "bar", "baz" (String literals) or 'a', 'b', 'c' (character literals).

null is a general type literal indicating that the reference with that value doesn't
refer to anything.
