Executing pop up on server

[Frugoo Scape]

Hi,
I run a server for a video game. I have recently put a pop up on it. The problem was that it opened up on my server not on the peoples computer. Here is the code i used.

Is there some way i can get it to open up on there computer? I know it would be a totally different code.

Do the client machines have IE in this path?
