i'm new in this community and need help please in java ..ok

i work in an e-learning site and want to know haw we can work with vedios in java .. in detail ..
i want to know how to make the clients see the vedios online in the time of a lecture or even how to request the vedio file from the server and make browse to the vedio that the client want to play it
