Tomcat windows closes within seconds

P: 5
Hi everybody,
Here is my problem:-
When I start tomcat the command prompt for tomcat openes but closes within seconds.
I've following environment varibles set:-
CATALINA_HOME C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.31
JAVA_HOME C:\j2sdk1.4.2

Path
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\Sy stem32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\BINN;C:\J2SDK1.4.2\BIN;C:\Sun\AppS erver\bin

classpath
.;C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.31\webapps\iteration;C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.31\webapps\iteration\WEB_INF\classes;C:\j2sdk1 .4.2\lib\tools.jar;C:\j2sdk1.4.2\lib\dt.jar;C:\jbo ss-4.0.2\client\jbossall-client.jar;C:\jboss-4.0.2\client\log4j.jar;C:\jboss-4.0.2\client\jboss-client.jar;C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.31\common\lib\jndi.jar;C:\jboss-4.0.2\client\jnp-client.jar;C:\jndi.properties;

The weird thing is that on my computer tomcat starts properly but when I start tomcat on other computer with all the environment variables set It does start on that system but tomcat window closes within seconds
