Sun AppServer won't start

Hi.

Can somebody please help me? I'm trying to install Sun AppServer, but when I
try to start the default domain, it fails. The first message in the log when
everyhing goes to crap is:

Can somebody at least point me to what is wrong? I tried simmilar
installation on my colleague's comp and everything works fine... Please
help.
