start multipule instances of a class from if self

i'm writting a windows app, how do i start another instance of this app from
a existing one that already running?
ie. similar to the "Open in New Window" feature in IE.

Create a new instance of the Frame and set the parameters you want to give
it, before you display it.

You only have to be carefull about the System.exit(int) command, since
that would close all instances.

If the first setVisible() was the last command in main(), then you could
add a check for the number of visible instances after it, that loops on a
timed sleep. When no more open instances are there, you exit.

The main Frames should then only setVisible(false) without System.exit(int)
on closing.
