[CSS] to float or not to float

Hello everybody !

I'm working on a new stylesheet for my website, and haven't been able to
understand how to make it do what *I* want :)

I'm pretty sure it's simplistic, but I'm stuck...

To be short, I have a div "menu" which contains a div "logo" with
float:left, a div "menustyle" with float:right... and 'in between' a div
"men1" (which contains a few divs), with no "float" declared, and which
I'd like to "simply" center between the two other divs ("logo" and
"menustyle")...

I'm probably doing something wrong, because "logo" et "men1" are on the
same level, but "menustyle" is "one line" under the others...

I played around with clear, and it didn't work, but then again I'm not
too sure how/where to use it, or even if it's what I should be doing...
;)

As usual, IE and Moz don't agree on the rendering, although that same
error happens in the two browsers, but I'm leaning toward believing Moz
as an habit...

*Utterly Lost* I am :)

I answer myself to tell you that the solution has been handed to me on a
french newsgroup.
Apparently "just" a html error : changing the order of the divs in the
source code solved it !

Sorry to have bothered you "for nothing" !

On the other hand, I'm puzzled by this, so if anyone knows where to
point me for additionnal information on that issue (order of divs in
html and floating problems) I'd love to check it out !
Thank you again, and have all a great day !

Please, before this gets any farther... since you have mozilla around,
do look at this page at an enlarged text size. Zoom to at least 150%,
though 200% is probably closer to what I saw.
