N 4.7 & pg margins...

the place where I work, the support N 4.7, puts margins of about 5
pixels around all pages by default, even if I have set margins to zero
all around (in CSS..) which is not too cool since I'm working w/a
complex frameset.. in IE no problem with this.. would appreciate a
prompt answer.. am trying to work on this right now.. thank you very
much..
