World wide linking

All my links in my website just work on my local computer.That means they won't work for other users on the internet.How am I going to make it "world wide".

The site/links either have to be hosted publicly or the links will need updated to a publicly accessible IP address (like your public IP address) and you will have to enable port-forwarding on your router/modem.
