hover / link effect disappears for no reason over text

Hey, I've got an issue with css + html.
Here is a reference test page:
http://janne252.com/tests/test2.html
Move your mouse slowly trough all buttons (from top to bottom), and perhaps you notice that the 2nd button, with label "Latest News" somehow bugs and the hover + link effect somehow disappears when cursor is over the text.

Notice that all the other buttons wont do it this.
This is really annoying, and I have no idea what is causing this.

Solved. Copyright element was blocking it.
