I cannot upload the Urdu file to my website

Dear all

i have an HTML file in which i have placed the Urdu text and some html tags. the file is about 105KB. When i upload the file using FTP ot FileZilla, it displays the status failed at the end and the file gets uploaded
0KB (failed).

when i check the uploaded file online that is empty.

Anybody can reply what is the possible reason and how can i upload the urdu file successfully.
