Cannot Upload Documents or Pics.

Please Help.
I run my applications perfectly, can make changes to my
database, but I cannot upload Documents or Pictures Etc.
Etc.

Can anyone help me.

I was able to with my Windows ME OS. I now run Windows 2000

You're going to have to provide more info or at least do a little debugging.
No one knows anything about your application, what code you're using, or why
"nothing happens."

When you were on ME your file format would have been Fat32. Now that you
are on Windows 2000 you likely have an NTFS formatted drive.

The folder where your uploaded files are to go, has to give permission to
your users to save files. Likely your users are running under the
IUSR_machinename account, so grant at least write changes to the upload
folder.
