Anchor tags in html emails

P: 4
Has anyone had any experience w/ anchors guiding users to different locations within an html page (i.e., 'back to top') not working? The code is working fine in all browsers we've tested, put it into an email client and nothing happens -- is this a known problem? Anyone know of any work arounds?

Thanks!

Give me an example of what you are talking about. I'm not really clear.

I think you answered your own question:

put it into an email client and nothing happens
Whatever email client you are using does not support that behavior.
