I don't see a title tag in your code here is the layout:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <html>
  2. <head>
  3. <title>Some Title Goes Here</title>
  4.
  5. <script type="text/javascript" src="somejavascript.js" />
  6.
  7. <style type="text/css">
  8.
  9. /* CSS Goes Here */
  10.
  11. </style>
  12.
  13. </head>
  14.
  15. <body>
  16.
  17. Your Content Goes Here
  18.
  19. </body>
  20.
  21. </html>
  22.
