Yes ... but not in IE, and not if you want usability features that eliminate
the damage such menus cause (such as not requiring careful movement of the
pointer within a narrow region to keep the menu open)

This is mostly CSS based menus with 12 lines of Javascript in order to
account for an ie flaw.

OK, seriously, is there a workaround for IE that allows me to thumb my nose at
Bill and still allow those unfortunates who use it to access the site?
