If you've got firefox then load the TIDY extension and fix the errors
(and preferably he warnings too) before continuing.
(Html Validator 0.6.2)
It can alse be found in the Web Developer collection (Web Developer
0.9.3) which has tools that make designing a lot more easy.
If you dont want to load these then go to http://www.w3.org/ and use
the HTML and css validators.

I'm surprised it displays as you intended in FF, seeings how the code is
invalid. Fix the markup errors first, then worry about how it displays.

Hint: you can't put a <form> as a child of <tr>, or start the form in
one td and end it in another. That's improper nesting.

You shouldn't need a separate form for each row, anyway. Use a form
array.
