Bonjour,
I wonder if Internet Explorer fully understands CCS2: I made a menu which
is working with Gecko based navigators, which can be used with non-graphic
navigator like links, or simple graphic one like dillo. but IE seems to be
unable to open these menus.
See: http://efeo.net/~fp/aat
At the left side, there are two menus "Le projet" and "Les travaux"
Thank you for any help or answer.

No browser fully understands CSS 2. Of the big 4, MSIE probably has the
least support and most bugs.
IE seems to be unable to open these menus. See: http://efeo.net/~fp/aat
IE doesn't support :hover except on <a> elements with href attributes.

It doesn't. ;)

Are you aware your menus are inaccessible to keyboard users? If you
thought this type of nested list menu (a.k.a. "suckerfish") was
inherently accessible, I'm afraid you have been misled.

I tried with links and lynx and it perfectly works! I don't know other
"keyboard browsers".

Not keyboard browsers, keyboard users. People with IE or Firefox who
don't like to, or for whatever reason can't, use a mouse.

You failed to notice difference between "keyboard users" and "keyboard
browsers".
"Keyboard users are persons that use keyboard for navigating in internet,
One can use Opera, Firefox, IE or almost any browser with just keyboard.
In fact, I prefer way Opera handles keyboard navigation to one in
lynks/links.
