Assistance Submission via email with Frontpage extensions

Need assistance with creating web form made out of Excel document in an
HTML format.

I am thinking of using FrontPage or FrontPage extensions to send a form
via the host email program.

The host I use is http://www.omnis.com which supports Frontpage
extensions and CGI scripting.
Also, if anybody has any idea of where I can buy a scripting package to
assist in this if it
is somewhat difficult I would really appreciate it!
