By giving it a class.
If you have your stylesheet saying .class p{bla bla}, you just give
that one paragraph a class, for instance "pclass".
then in your stylesheet, you have:
..class p{bla bla}
..class p.pclass{bleep bleep}
As the second rule has a more specific selector, it'll take
precedence.
