Help with unwanted space

Hi,

The site I've just created, when tested on a windows PC has an unwanted
white space (about 2-4 pixels high) in between two tables. I would like
there to be zero space there. Here is the test site:

http://aem.cornell.edu/farmlink/

The line goes all the way across the page and it's where the NYFarmlink
Logo is, the two hands shaking, it goes right through that graphic and
then all the way across. It's right in between two tables.

I've had this same problem before but it was so long ago I can't
rememeber the fix. Assigning zero margins or something like that.
ps. Please don't blast me for using tables to lay out a page, I'm
learning, and getting better at learning CSS, but in the meantime these
websites still need to be finished.

Thanks, but there isn't one there.

There is a <br> further down the page in between two tables, but that
was intentional. The white space I'm talking about isn't caused by a
<br>.

This site looks great on a mac, IE 5, but on a PC IE 5 the line shows up.

There's a <br> there that separates the new_top_bottom. jpg image
containing table from the menubar beneath it. If that's not the whitespace
you want removed, which one do you want removed?

I've noticed that IE can be persnickety with placement of tags. Perhaps
I'm wrong though. I moved the closing </div> tag onto the end of the
line that it is closing and the space went away. Dont' just cut and
paste this section unless you replace the path to your images to the
/art directory.
