Error Message - Terminating thread to to stack overflow problems

1 New Member
I have gotten 3 messages saying,

"Terminatin g thread due to stack overflow problems. A V&D, possibly recently installed has consumed too much stack space.
Increase the settings of MinSP's in System.INI or remove recently installed V&D's. There are currently 19 SP's allocated."

HELP! Please.

I deduce from this search that you've go a trojan on an older version of Windows.

Hope that helps.

Hi Everyone, I wrote a for loop to build several select statements that are combined with a UNION. When I execute one of the queries separately, it works, but when I execute the query with a UNION it returns: ERROR 2013 (HY000): Lost connection to MySQL server during query I am able to run additional queries after I get the error, so the connection is not lost. I have tried running the query with the union on MySQL Query Browser and...

I have spent the past few weeks designing a database for my company. The problem is I have started running into what I believe are stack overflow problems. There are two tab controls on the form (nested), three list views, one tree control with up to 30,000 nodes, maybe 15 comboboxes (half of which have a large recordset as rowsource), 20 or so buttons and around 30 text boxes (not to mention the images, labels, etc and around 1000 lines...

A few of our customers cannot access one of the pages on our vb.net asp.net site. The problems are limited to only a few people, but these people have the problem regularly. The page in question is a simple details page from a link selected from another page. The details page calls a procedure that calls our database, returns a recordset, and does some simple binding to some web controls. This page works for most of our customers. For...

I created a web project named 'Access' in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Access and dropped an .mdb there. I dragged a DetailView to the form, configured it to show two fields of a table, and got AccessDataSource1. The test query worked. The .mdb was not open in Access, nor was it being used anywhere else. Yet when I pressed Cntl+F5 I got the following error:

Hello: We know that C programs are often vulnerable to buffer overflows which overwrite the stack. But my question is: Why does C insist on storing local variables on the stack in the first place? I can see two definite disadvantages with this: 1) deeply nested recursive calls to a function (especially if it defines

I have a usb device that controls a power supply. That usb device must perform a procedure, named Zero_outputs(), in the event of any error. Clearly, within my main form (the only form in this application) I can have each method envelope a Try-Catch statement that calls Zero_outputs() in the catch clause. However, I fear that certain application errors might occur outside of the context of any given method in my main form. Is there a way...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
