I have been writing PHP for a good 20 years*, but before that I wrote COBOL, and I still write C after almost 40 years of it. COBOL had a feature called templates - which could have been wonderful if it did what I thought it did, but it didn't. The problem I want to address is that I quite often want to re-use PHP code for an application...

In my C program, sometimes I am getting error status code 41728. Using OSLoadString I get its equivalent as "Process ID has been reused, application may require restarting if OSLoadProgram was not used". So, what does it implies? However, If i restart my program, it runs smoothly.

The answer I had put was: 2.05000 x 10 to the power of 5 And although the "proper" way to write it would be to take out the zeros to make it 2.05 x 10 to the...
