db2 restore database

I have taken backup of db2 with compress mode, can any one help me for how to restore this compress mode backup

db2 version db2 udb 8.2
os = unix

Hi,

just restore it with " db2 restore db dbname from /path/to/backup" . Works fine with my DB2 v8.2.4, no matter whether the backup was compressed or not.
