problem during database connection test in db2 stored proc

hi friends,

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this in IBM DB2 7.2. I am getting a problem while creating a local database through stored procedure . i am add it manually and giving the TCP\ip as my mainframe ip address and port no. the datadase is sucessfully created , but while testing the connection i am getting this error....

please help me with this, i have also checked my ip, my racf id, every thing but its the same problem...
