db2 toolsdb

P: n/a
Is there a way I can drop and recreate the toolsdb?

I already have a toolsdb in our server but somehow it is kind of messed up.
Whenever I try to drop the following message:

SQL1035N The database is currently in use

What is the command to recreate the toolsdb?

See the IBM Information Center for the following command:

Do a list applications on your server, then perform a Force Application
on each ID that is connected to the Tools database.

Then recreate it with the above command.

Hope that helps!!!!!

Sorry - Drop the old tools database after forcing off all connections
to it.

Then use the command to recreate it...
