Container Operations Through a Roll Forward.

I'm wondering how DB2 UDB treats this situation.
Recent Backup Available.
Alter DMSTLSP ... ADD container ---- Presume this causes a rebalancing of the containers.
Time flows on.
Restore Tablespace from Backup
Roll Forward thru the alter DMSTBLSP

When the alter command is met in the logs:
A) Will there be a rebalancing - I think yes.
B) How is it done? :
a) Asynchronously and other trans. not affecting the DMSTBLSP will be processed?
b) Does the RF "stop", rebalances, and then resumes ???

Thanks for any clarification, Pierre.

B is correct -- well, sort of. RF is not really "stopped."
Rebalance first then continue with RF -- At this point rebalance really
a part of RF since alter tablespace is logged.
BTW, if you perform a redirected restore, however, you can use "ignore
rollforward container operations" option in "set tablespace
containers...." command to avoid rebancing during rollforward.
