IBM Support for DB2 V8 FP4

DB2 V8 FP4 has been replaced by FP4a, and FP4 is no longer available
on the IBM download site. Does anyone know if IBM will still support a
FP4 system?

I believe that fp4 would still be supported. By you should log a call
into service to find out the difference ... I think it's only one APAR
.... and make sure that you don't need this APAR on your system.

I sure as hell hope you are plan on getting off FP4 ASAP. It was pulled
because of a massive error (I know, as I opened the APAR). FP4a is the fix
to FP4 - it is FP4 plus the fix for this problem.
