README missing in Fixpak 5

Why is the README file not included in FP5? In earlier versions (I'm not
sure for all versions) there was the README included.

Yes, I know. But better would be they were included in the download. If
you get the download only and go to a customer without Internet
connection (yes, we have), then you have no instructions :-(
