I think it's composed of asm macros or something similar.

You can also search for
DSNTIP*
Never been there but i think they are ispf panels that modify parameters in
dsnzparm.

is init.ora file which I am quite familair with. How does one change a

in DSNZPARM.
Is there some system catalog view (similar to V$Paramete in Oracle)
where all the
current parameters in DSNZPARM can be found.
