Backups for e commerce site

We are looking for a backup solution for our e-commerce site.
We need to be up 24/7 and currently we are taking a 1 1/2 hour
outage each weekend for an off-line backup. Are there any
suggestions for a backup solution that would allow us to minimize
our outage?

Thanks

Stop using offline backups? You don't need them to recover your
database, online backups should be fine.

You need to identify DB2 version number and operating system.

Consider Blair and Ian's suggestion.
I would suggest Split/Mirror backup (I/O suspend) first.
And you also can use Online backup - db2 udb supports both db and
tablespaces online backup.

Commerce Sites tend to have considerable static data. The only thing that
needs to get backed up on a regular basis is the transactional data.
Therefore place all transactional tables in one or two tablespaces and to a
TS level backup.
