I'm interest in building an E-Commerce site for a medium-sized business and
I wanted to know if it's possible to do it with .Net.
Are there any sites that could help me with regards to passing parameters
from one page to the other?

Yes, and it's much easier than you might think. Rob already posted a link,
but check around sites like www.csharpfrineds.com and www.ipaq.net The
same code created both of those sites, and with the ease of use VS.NET gives
you in creating web services....the world is yours. Plus, there are tons of
samples and books.
