I have designed a package with several files, which is listed bellow
base.cpp & base.hpp - define the template class base
tree.cpp & tree.hpp - define the class tree derived from base<int>
client.cpp & client.hpp - define the class client derived from tree

I recently had to rebuild an instance of SQL Server. When it was
restarted, one of the client apps (ASP.NET) could not connect - the
user could see the login screen, but it kept throwing exceptions.
Turns out that the database had been restored with a different name,
so the connection string (stored in web.config) was amended.
At that point the system failed to display even the login screen - it

I am receiving this error when trying to instantiate a webservice component.
I have 2 development machines, both are XP sp2 with VS 2008 installed. On
one machine, the code works fine. On the other machine I get the error upon
instantiating the service client. I add the reference by choosing Add
Service Reference from the project menu, and pointing to the remote wsdl
