career problem

I am doing bca now
i want to ask what will be better for me MCA,MCA-M.TECH(C.S.E),MBA after my bachelor degree becoz i want to choose a carrer in which i can create new softwares,i want to research in computer field,
i am totally confused what should i do?

For research work and computer software, M.Tech is the best option.
Also it completely depend upon you that in which context, you want to build your career.
you may directly like to join the job even after your BCA also.

If you want to create software then I suggest you that you should join MCA. You can make a good career after doing MCA. There are many opportunities In MCA field.
