I copied "ldd" script onto LINUX target - not getting any outout for this command

I have X86 based target, I copied ldd script to target, when I run ldd command, no output at all, where as if I run same script on X86 linux pc, it gives correct output, any idea?.

ldd is shell script only, all other command on target using busybox.
