Accent problem

I\'ve some problem with accent.
I\'m french so some french words:
élève
fête
l\'esprit
Is it my server or web-news that have a problem, this poste will confirm this..

There are test groups you can use, such as alt.test, then it does not
matter whether it is a test server or not.
