Subscribe to .net (through COM) using C++

First of all whoever helps, I really appreciate it.

I have written code in C# and exposed methods and events through COM. I have also generated a .tlb file and registered the com dll.

I have created an MFC application that simply loads a dialog form with a few buttons. I certainly had no problem importing the tlb file using #import <path> and calling methods exposed. My one big problem is that I need to hook on to the events thrown by the C# dll. What is the syntax for this?

One of the events in c# is simply "void OnImageReady()", which is fired when an image has been received after scanning.

Well yes, I do know this. I just haven't been able to find any example of how to do this in a very similary set up that I have.
