Expert, self destruction program

Hi
i need some help
i'm trying to make a program that make a self erase, this is not easy task because a
file in excecution keep blocked as read-only and no one can't erase or write it, not
even in ring0.
i think that the solution is to make another new process resident in memory that wait
for the original program to quit and then erase it, but no idea how to do it.
i will apreciate any help or ideas
Thx
