2) The o/p of file C based on the i/p of file A & file B. The o/p of file C should be like using interleaving technique.

3) Show the o/p of file C which must be based on the file A & B?

I take it you want to merge two files based on ranges of equal characters?
If so you should've given us a bit more clear description of the problem; if not,
